The Hair Transplant Company (“HTC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates hair restoration clinics across the UK. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following third parties solely to operate our services:
- Keap (Infusionsoft): our CRM and enquiry management platform. Keap is US-based; data is transferred under appropriate safeguards in accordance with UK GDPR international transfer requirements.
- Website and analytics providers: for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Buyline Ltd: if you apply for treatment finance, your details will be shared with Buyline Ltd with your explicit consent. See buyline.co.uk/privacy-policy
- Legal and regulatory authorities: where required by law or in defence of legal claims
We will not share your data with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

CQC Notice
The Hair Transplant Company is not registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We operate as a consultation and referral service. All regulated surgical procedures are carried out at CQC-registered clinic facilities by qualified, GMC-registered surgeons. Patient advisers provide non-medical consultation services only. Any medical advice is provided solely by an authorised GMC-registered doctor.
